I've been saying it for a few years now - domains are like Real Estate - they are a surefire long term investment in my opinion. I was kicking around a few different sites this morning and noticed a few things. I've never sold a domain but think I am ready to let go of a few I own. I'm looking at auction sites (average 20% commission) and flat out "buy it now" pricing. I'm also on a couple of lists

The biggest issue on the web today in my opinion. The jist here is that by inferring that websites thatallow people to share copyrighted material could be terrorists, the Feds can now just call your web hostand put up their own page. That is crazy.
